Athletics: Johnson added to adidas Boston Indoor Games field

Allen Johnson has been added to the Verizon men's 60m dash at the adidas Boston Indoor Games, which takes place on Saturday, January 31. Johnson was added to the field when Darvis Patton withdrew.

Johnson, a 110m hurdles specialist outdoors, was the 1996 Olympic gold medalist and a four-time World Outdoor champion. In addition, he is a six-time U.S. Outdoor champion and a three-time U.S. Indoor champion.

Johnson, the 1997 Jesse Owens Award winner, will face a strong field that includes John Capel, Shawn Crawford and Jon Drummond.
