Athletics: Running Network, LLC Purchases Running Network from Sports Ventures, Inc.

Network has grown to 29 North American publications in last five years

FORT ATKINSON, Wisc. - (February 10, 2004) - The Running Network, LLC and president Larry Eder are proud to announce the purchase of the assets of the Running Network from Sports Ventures, Inc. effective February 10, 2004.

"We are very excited about the purchase of the Running Network," said Eder. "We wish Jeremy Solomon and Eliot Wineberg best wishes in their future endeavors and appreciate their support of the Network."

Over the last five years, the Running Network has grown to 29 publications in North America and the central website, www.runningnetwork.com, has grown to be one of the most important in the sport of running with nearly two million downloaded pages per month.

During the transition, Sports Ventures, Inc. will be helping the Running Network, LLC's staff oversee ad production and distribution.
