Multisport: Runner's and Triathlete's Web News Now Ayailable via RSS on "My Yahoo'

It's a new service from the Runner's Web that allows you to stay on top of the news using an RSS reader.

What is RSS? Well, the simple answer is it stands for Really Simple Syndication. Technically, it's a XML specification used by news sites (and many others) across the Internet to send out their content to a rapidly growing audience.
