According to the race press office, here are some of the key statistics about the event:

Also, the weather is likely to be windy and rainy, with cool temperatures. The BBC will broadcast the Flora London Marathon in Britain on BBC 1, which is only available here. The women's professional race starts at 9h05 (4:05 a.m. in the Eastern U.S.) and the men's professional race begins 40 minutes later.
