Registration for the 3rd Annual Lakeshore Marathon, set for May 31, 2004, surpasses prior registration records set during the inaugural event in '02 when 1558 runners registered from nearly every state and ten countries. With almost a month still to go, registration for the 2004 event has already flown past the previous figure demonstrating the draw the Lakeshore Marathon has with its incredible scenic beauty, fast, friendly course, and Memorial Day Weekend date.
