The race will start at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, at the Sombrero Ranch stables off Highway 34 in Estes Park. In its first year, the race drew a strong field of 275 participants. As many as 600 participants are expected to race this year. Runners cover 4 miles over rugged single-track, with lots of rocks, steep hills and amazing views of Estes Park and the Continental Divide.
