Posted: September 4, 2004 Triathlon: Dittmer WIns Hamburg Again
Anja Dittmer took top spot today in the elite women's race, to make it two wins in two years in Hamburg for the local favourite. She pulled away half way through the run to comfortably beat Pilar Hidalgo (ESP) into second place, with Annable Luxford (AUS) taking the third spot on the podium. The Men's Race takes place tomorrow on Sunday at 14:00 local time. The elite men's race will be covered LIVE on ITUtv.com, Both races have very strong fields, that are slightly weakened by post Olympic commitments.
