Athletics: TrackBrain.Com Brings Technology to Coaching

TrackBrain.Com provides quality Palm OS software that helps the track & field coach do the job better and faster.

TrackBrain.com providesthe following track and field software for all Palm OS hand held devices:

1. Multi Runner Split Timer - Get individual splits for up to seven separate runners in the same race and then export the data to your PC with the press of a button!

2. T&F Converter - Convert meters to feet and feet back to meters. Also converts times for 55m to 60m, 1500 to the Mile, and vice versa!

3. DecaScorer - Score a whole decathlon, heptathlon or pentathlon without opening a book and then export the results to your computer with the press of a button.

4. XC Counter - Get the score of a cross country race... at any point on the course. Find out how close your rival team is even at the first mile marker!

5. Recruit Brain - Store, edit and carry all your recruiting data on your Palm! Enter data into Desktop program and then sync with your handheld. Use your handheld to document Contacts, to list To Do items and to record Notes on each athlete.

Company Founder - Scott Simmons
TrackBrain.Com is the brainchild of Scott Simmons. Simmons has coached for over 14 years at all levels, middle school, university and international. TrackBrain.Com products are solutions to coaching problems that are actually faced in the field and on the track.
Simmons is currently the head cross country and track coach at Virginia Intermont College and prior to this new position led Minot State University to back-to-back national cross country titles in 2002 and 2003, and was named the NAIA’s National Coach of the Year. He has twice served as a US National Team coach - in 1997 at the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships in Kosice, Slovakia and in 2001 at the Chiba Ekiden Road Relay in Chiba, Japan. Simmons holds a master’s degree in sports science and is certified by USATF as Level III coach.
