Athletics: Register Now for the BolderBOULDER Out of Towner Training Club Camp

BOULDER, Colo. - (February 22, 2005) - BolderBOULDER and the experts at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine have joined forces to host a weekend camp designed specifically for our out-of-town runners who want to train for their best BolderBOULDER ever.

Runners from all over the world are invited to join us in Boulder on the weekend of March 17-20 for a fun-filled weekend at the Millennium Harvest House Hotel featuring training tips, expert advice and personal coaching.

The same scientific training principles used by Olympic athletes, and boiled them down to a simple, easy to follow training program that will benefit runners of all abilities. This is the perfect kick-off to the "10 Weeks to Your Best BolderBOULDER" Spring Training Program.

* Come to town and get the chance to meet your coaches and teammates.
* Learn the lingo, physiology, philosophy and fun of the club firsthand, and then make the most of the next 10 weeks of training.
* Get charged up and inspired with keynote speakers and a taste of Boulder.

In addition to the planned camp agenda, club sponsors have several special offers for runners traveling into town over the weekend including Performance Enhancement Services at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine (Lactate Profile testing, Gait Analysis and Nutrition Evaluations).
