Conover, currently the Head Cross Country and Assistant Track and Field coach at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, is featured on the event's website, www.hobfunrun.com/tips.asp, providing training tips for this year's event scheduled for Sunday, September 25 in Paso Robles.

The Heritage Oaks Bank Family Fun Day and Fun Run will celebrate its 7th year bringing the community one of the marquee running and family events in the country.

"Having Mark a part of our event, giving his expert overview on how one should prepare for a 10K and other events, is a real compliment to what we are doing with this event" said Mitch Massey, Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing and Advertising and also Race Director.

In addition, for the third consecutive year, the Heritage Oaks Bank 10K will host the USA Masters Championships. The national championship attracts the best age 40 and older runners in the country to the Central Coast.
