It’s that it’s a big-city race deserving of the cult status afforded classic events such as San Francisco’s Escape from Alcatraz.” The 2006 Philadelphia Triathlon in Fairmount Park promises to live up to its 2005 debut and more. The incredibly popular race course will remain essentially unchanged and will continue to feature many of Philadelphia's historic and picturesque sections.
