Posted: March 16, 2006 Triathlon: "Best Of The US” Invites Louisiana’s Best To Race At The Hidden Paradise Sprint Triathlon On May 7 (St. Paul, MN – 3/16/2006)–– “Best of the US” Management and DLT Events invite the triathletes of the Pelican State to race at the 3rd annual HIDDEN PARADISE SPRINT / BEST OF THE US LOUISIANA QUALIFIER at Lincoln Parish Park in Ruston on May 7. Louisiana has an abundance of great triathletes. Some of those that we hope to see at this sprint course event include Brett Reagan, Caroline Smith, Nicola Appleton, Neill Rowland, Tara Lemoine, John Deshotel, Kevin Cart, Beth Donohue, Lisa Colvin and national class masters Andrew Kenworthy, 41, an Pen Clark, 45. DLT Events invite these and all the other great athletes of Louisiana to race in Ruston on May 7. Register soon, however, as the race is limited to 300 competitors. The fastest male and female resident amateurs will receive invitations to represent Louisiana at the “Best of the US National Championship” on September 16 at Lake Minnetonka in Excelsior, MN. Any male/female combination of the abovementioned athletes would ensure a formidable presence for Louisiana at the Championship.
