Athletics: T-Bone, America's Health and Fitness Family Ambassador to Go Crazy at Little 8's

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - (May 18, 2006) - Tim "T-Bone" Arem, M.Ed. will be joining the over 700 children at the Little 8's on July 15 in Kingsport, Tenn. Arem will lead the runs, perform his award winning stage show "T-Bone's Fitness Mania", and warm-up the different age groups. He participates at 200 health and fitness related events annually.

"Having T-Bone at the Little 8's is awesome. His energy and expertise in health and fitness will take our event up a notch. T-Bone engages and empowers both the parents and their children," said Tory Wayne, race director Little 8's. The fun begins at 5:00pm with races to commence at 6:28pm.
