Triathlon: “Best Of The US” Invites Michigan’s Elite To Race At The Sylvania Triathlon On August 13

(St. Paul, MN)–– “Best of the US” Management and Elite Endeavors invite the triathletes of the Great Lakes State to race at the ____ annual SYLVANIA TRIATHLON / BEST OF THE US MICHIGAN QUALIFIER, a great Olympic distance race that will be staged in Olander Park in Sylvania, OH on August 13.

Michigan has no shortage of tri talent. Some of the elite male triathletes we hope to see on August 13 include Gar Atchison, Pete Bolen, Joe Deighan, Eric Fernando, Stephen Fetyko, Parker Roth (2005 MI BOUS Representative) and Matt Wehrman. Top Michigan women we hope to see in Sylvania include Margaret Hoag, Beth Homan, Cheryl Klotkowski, Kerry Miller, Anne Marie Phillips, Jenny White and 50-year-old phenoms Laura Sophiea Karen McKeachie.

The fastest male and female resident amateurs will receive invitations to represent Michigan at the “Best of the US National Championship” on September 16 at Lake Minnetonka in Excelsior, MN. Any combination of the abovementioned male and female triathletes would assure a strong presence for Michigan at the Championship.
