Distance: 87.5 km

NOTE: Russians dominated this event with Oleg Kharitonov and Yelena Nurgalieva getting the victories. For Nurgalieva, whose twin sister Olesya did not take part, it was her third victory here. Riel Hauman, who has had a long day covering the race, will file a story for RRW later --Ed.
