Multisport: The UK's Largest Duathlon Will See 2,500 People Running And Biking Around The Stunning Richmond Park

Entries are open and filling fast for The London Duathlon, the run-bike-run event which offers the perfect opportunity to spice up fitness regimes for the summer and concurrently provide a variety of challenges for competitors of all abilities. This event provides a unique opportunity for novices to compete alongside some of the best club athletes in the sport; it also promises a stunning setting, buzzing atmosphere and an experience you’ll never forget.

On Sunday17th September, thousands of spectators will line the closed roads of Richmond Park cheering on competitors as they compete throughout the day in relays and a variety of distances offered for individual athletes. The distances competitors can choose from range from a ‘Fun’ distance for beginners: 5km run; 10km cycle; 5km run, to a ‘Challenge’ distance for the more confident athletes: 9km run; 20km cycle; 5km run. Entry to watch the London Duathlon is free and there will be athletes setting off throughout the day, guaranteeing a fantastic atmosphere at this great spectator event. Refreshments, event merchandise and official retailers will all be on site to cater for your needs, there will even be masseurs available Al Fresco!
