Nashville, Tennessee, USA – Chocolate Graphics International USA, the primary corporate sponsor for Australian world champion triathlete Emma Snowsill, announces that Snowsill won the Professional Elite Female division in the Life Time Fitness Triathlon on July 15 at Lake Nokomis, Minnesota, with a total finish time of 2:00:34; Snowsill won the Female division at this event in 2005 as well. The following day, Snowsill competed in the Nautica New York City Triathlon, the second of four events in the Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series 2006, and won the Professional Elite Female category with a total finish time of 1:56:14.
The Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series is the first of its kind to connect the four most prominent Olympic distance triathlons in the U.S. Participation in the Series events by professional triathletes is by invitation only; Snowsill will compete in the third and fourth legs of the series, on August 27 in the Accenture Chicago Triathlon, and September 10 in the Kaiser Permenente Los Angeles Triathlon.

Snowsill, 25, is a multiple triathlon winner; on July 9 she won the 2006 Edmonton (Canada) BG Triathlon World Cup, with a finish time of 1:56:49. Snowsill placed first in the ITU World Cup held in Richards Bay, South Africa June 11, 2006, with a time of 2:03:11; the Commonwealth Games Triathlon in Melbourne; and in the ITU Oceania Cup Hobart in Tasmania. In 2005, she won multiple triathlon events, including the ITU World Championship in Japan, the ITU World Cup Edmonton, and the Greater London Triathlon, the world’s second-largest triathlon event.
Based in Australia’s Gold Coast, Snowsill’s training typically consumes six hours daily at a surf beach or Olympic pool for swimming, flat sugar cane fields or steep rain forest roads for biking, and a variety of trails for running. Snowsill competes in events sanctioned by the International Triathlon Union: governed, Olympic distance, elite women's World Cup series events consisting of a 1.5K swim, 10K bike, and 10K run. She also competes in non-drafting 'Ironman' format events as part of her long-term strategic training goals. Snowsill is committed to becoming the very best multi-discipline triathlete that she can be.
