Triathlon: Lauren Groves Launches Website

Canada's top-ranked female triathlon starts a blog at LaurenGroves.com Lauren Groves, who is currently ranked number 5 in the International triathlon rankings, has launched a blog website, LaurenGroves.com. "Welcome to my new website! Thanks to Ken Parker at Runner’s Web for setting up this site and helping me keep it updated. I hope to use this web page as an informal blog to keep my family, friends, sponsors, fans, etc. updated on my training and racing endeavors. I’ll do my best to keep it updated on a regular basis," said Groves. Lauren is currently in training for the World Championships which will be held in Lausanne, Switzerland Sunday, September 3rd.
