Athletics: America's Health & Fitness Ambassador - T-Bone - Returns to St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - (Sept. 6, 2006) - Tim "T-Bone" Arem, M.Ed. will be making his third return appearance at the St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration on September 21-23, 2006 in Boise, Idaho. As his health and fitness character T-Bone, Arem will be performing at the race expo and on race day for the 15,000 participants. "We are extremely excited to be having T-Bone back this year to entertain and educate our participants on health and fitness," said event director Lorene Oats. The St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration is a three day event encompassing a two day Women's Show and 5K Run, Walk and Stroll for women off all ages and all abilities. The event, with over 12,000 finishers, is one of the largest 5Ks in the U.S.
