The Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team has announced Windermere Real Estate / Teton Valley based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as its Official Real Estate Company.
"Developing partnerships with industry leaders is integral to the future of our sport and the future of our team in terms of promotion, visibility and success. Our relationship with Windermere Real Estate / Teton Valley will help us achieve our goals," said Nancy Hobbs, Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team manager.
According to Julie Bryan, owner of Windermere / Teton Valley, "As a member of the Mountain Ultra Trail Council and also as a past member of the U.S. Mountain Running Team, I believe in supporting my passion of running. My hours at work mean nothing if I can not place some of the money back into what I love. Windermere is a quality-over-quantity company and we believe in service, ethics, integrity and community. If I worked less, I would probably still be running at 4:30am. I am pleased to be a part of the backbone of the sport I live and breathe."
In addition to Windermere / Teton Valley, the USA National Team has been title sponsored by Teva, the official footwear of the team, since 2002. Its team uniforms are sponsored by official apparel sponsor SportHill, while 180s is the team's official ear warmer, glove and sunglass sponsor and FuelBelt, Inc. is the official hydration system of the team.
The Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team will compete at the 23rd World Mountain Running Trophy in Saillon, Switzerland on Saturday and Sunday, September 15-16, 2007. Last year, the U.S. women's team won this country's first ever gold medal at the competition.
