Triathlon: XTERRA rxt, world’s biggest cross triathlon

Next June, 9 in Riba-roja d’Ebre (Spain) the fifth rxt triathlon will be celebrated. It isn’t just a big mileage event (1.9km swim, 90 km mountain bike and 21 km trail run), but a big amount of competitors expected. It’s probably going to beat the 2003 Utah’s world’s record on long distance cross triathlon finishers numbers. XTERRA organization is behind this now named XTERRA rxt. There are more international competitors registered as well as female triathletes. Otherwise, this year there are no male relay teams admited, just mixed relay teams and individual competitors.
