John Cobb, Joe Friel and Tom Rodgers add Cassidy Phillips to master coaches camp

The Texas Triathlon Coaching Camp for November 15-17, 2007 is coming to Texas A&M (College Station). Building on successful athlete camps, John Cobb, Joe Friel and Tom Rodgers have created Texas Tri Camp, an advanced camp tailor-made for coaches. Texas Tri Camp sought out Cassidy Phillips and Trigger Point Technologies to provide instruction on TP Therapy as a platform for injury prevention, biomechanical enhancement, recovery, and assistance in bike fitting.
Among the topics is John Cobb's aero-positioning and bike fitting methods, includes lecture and practical methods for fitting a wide variety of athlete types for various triathlon distances. Special section explains time-trial aerodynamics first-hand at the TAMU low-speed wind tunnel. This will also include Cassidy Phillip’s TP Therapy bike fit assist program.
Cassidy Phillips will also speak on injury prevention and biomechanical assessment. Phillips will explain his revolutionary methodologies and theories and applies them to the three disciplines of triathlon. Phillips will also cover specific instruction on TP Therapy product use and how to gain wattage and power while decreasing injury.
