Guy served as USATF vice president from 1996 to 2000. A successful horizontal jumps coach, Guy served as a Penn Relays official for 20 years, including as chief of the jury of appeals. The funeral mass will be Wednesday, March 26 at 10 a.m., at St. James Church, 8320 Brookside Road in Elkins Park, Pa.
