Athletics: Bislett Games on CBC Television

Watch over 50 IAAF Events Live and On-Demand at WCSN.com Tune into CBC tomorrow at noon EST to catch coverage of the 2008 Bislett Games. The event in Oslo, Norway is the 2nd of 6 scheduled IAAF Golden League meets. A trio of Canadians with their eyes on Beijing will compete Adam Kunkel from Paisely, ON who now trains in Edmonton will line up against some of the world's top 400 metre hurdlers. Kunkel made the final at the 2007 World Championships and won gold at the 2007 Pan American Games. Edmontonian Megan Metcalfe will race in the 5000 metres with Toronto's Nicole Forrester entered in the high jump. Metcalfe set a new Canadian 3000 metres indoor record in early 2008 at the World Indoor Championships in Spain.
