The first edition of the French Riviera Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes will be set up the next 9th november, 2008.

What a spectacular first edition ! The French Riviera Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes will offer to its participants an extraordinary route (flat, coastal with beautiful view on the sea) but also an unforgettable touristic discovery of the 7 most beautiful cities of the French Riviera : Nice and the start of the race on the Promenade des Anglais, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Villeneuve-Loubet, Antibes Juan-les-Pins, Vallauris Golfe-Juan, and lastly but not the last one Cannes and the finish line in front of the famous Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. 42,195 km for an exceptional coastal route !
10,000 runners for the first edition
Since the beginning, the organization intended to achieve 10,000 entries from the very first edition. Now, they can be pleased since more than today 7,000 competitors are already entered to the event and it misses only 140 days before the big day.
If you want to participate to this first dreaming edition, do not waste time, there remains only 3,000 bibs !
