2009 USATF Annual Report now available

USA Track & Field, the national governing body for track and field, long-distance running and race walking, on Friday made public its second Annual Report, available online and in print.

Produced internally by USA Track & Field, the 2009 USATF Annual Report includes an inside look at the formation of USATF's strategic plan and its Board of Directors, 2009 competitive and organizational highlights and audited 2009 financials. It recounts a year in which the legacy of Jesse Owens was celebrated domestically and internationally and features athlete profiles of Meb Keflezighi, Dwight Phillips, Amy Palmiero-Winters, Ebony Eutsey and Leland McPhie.

The 36-page report is highlighted by dramatic photography and graphical elements that are hallmarks of the USATF brand.

Printed by Sport Graphics, Inc., of Indianapolis, the 2009 USATF Annual Report is available to the public online at http://www.usatf.org/about/annualreport/.

The men's 100m will see Trell Kimmons, fresh off his personal-best 9.95 in Zurich, challenge 2008 Olympic silver medalist Richard Thompson (TRI) in the men's 100m.

The women's 100m hurdles will see two-time World Indoor champion Lolo Jones take on Priscilla Lopes-Schliep of Canada.
